Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Blooms by Zeba website. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.

Handmade Disclaimer

All our floral arrangements and decor items are 100% handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the materials used, slight variations in color, shape, and size are entirely natural and expected. These minor distinctions are what make your piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

Orders and Cancellations

Because our items are handcrafted and often made-to-order, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the crafting process has begun or the order has been dispatched, we can no longer process a cancellation.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives severely damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a suitable replacement or store credit. OPENING VIDEO IS MUST.
