What are pipe cleaners?

Pipe cleaners (also known as chenille stems) are flexible wires wrapped in a soft, fluffy fabric. While traditionally used for crafts, we use premium, thick-set chenille stems to meticulously twist, sculpt, and shape durable, velvety flowers that mimic the beauty of nature but stay fresh forever.

Yes, we love making your floral dreams come true! Because everything is completely handcrafted from scratch, you can customize flower colors, bouquet sizes, and arrangement styles. Feel free to reach out to us directly via our contact page or Instagram DM to plan a bespoke creation.

Currently, to ensure seamless processing and secure handoffs for our custom handmade products, we only accept prepaid orders through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Since every item is made to order by hand, it takes us 3 to 5 business days to craft and dispatch your order from our Mumbai studio. Post-dispatch, delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Because we begin working on your handcrafted pieces shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

We double-check every parcel before it leaves our studio, but if an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous, unedited unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory for us to process any missing item claims.

As our products are made-to-order and delicately handcrafted, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours with pictures and an unboxing video, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
