Currently, to ensure seamless processing and secure handoffs for our custom handmade products, we only accept prepaid orders through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

Since every item is made to order by hand, it takes us 3 to 5 business days to craft and dispatch your order from our Mumbai studio. Post-dispatch, delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

How to cancel the order?

Because we begin working on your handcrafted pieces shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

We double-check every parcel before it leaves our studio, but if an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous, unedited unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory for us to process any missing item claims.

As our products are made-to-order and delicately handcrafted, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours with pictures and an unboxing video, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
