At Bloomsbyzeba, every single item from our signature handmade flowers to our custom decor pieces is handcrafted with immense love, care, and precision in our Mumbai studio. Because our products are delicate and entirely handmade, they require a unique care and return process. We ship our fragile creations across India, and we want to ensure they arrive at your doorstep just as beautifully as they left ours.

The Golden Rule: Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

Because our items are handcrafted and fragile, they undergo strict quality checks before being securely packed and dispatched. To protect both our hard-working artisans and you, our valued customer, against any transit damages, we follow a strict video verification policy.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: You must record a clear, unedited Unboxing/Opening Video from the very beginning of the parcel opening.

  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.
  • The video must be continuous with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • It must clearly capture the opening of the outer packaging and the condition of the product inside.
  • Without a valid opening video, we will absolutely not be able to entertain or claim any requests for returns, replacements, or refunds for damages or missing items.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following specific circumstances:

  • Transit Damage: The product was physically broken or damaged during shipping (verified by the opening video).
  • Wrong Item Sent: You received an item completely different from what you ordered.
What is Not Eligible for Return?
  • Slight Variations: Every single product is 100% handcrafted. Minor variations in color, shape, size, or arrangement are natural characteristics of handmade art, not defects. These unique touches make your piece one of a kind!
  • Change of Mind: Because items are often made to order or created for specific events (birthdays, anniversaries), we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
How to Report an Issue

If your opening video shows a genuine issue, please reach out to our team within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Email/Message Us: Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the unedited opening video to Bloomsbyzeba@gmail.com / +91 91378-06874.
  • Review Process: Our team will review the video within 2–3 business days.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will arrange for a free replacement of the damaged item. If a replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations

Since we begin crafting your order almost immediately after it is placed to ensure timely delivery across India, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters the crafting or packaging stage, it cannot be cancelled.
