At Blooms by Zeba, every floral arrangement is carefully handcrafted to order in our Mumbai studio. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure your package arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping practices below.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Because our products are 100% handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Delivery & Transit Times
We are thrilled to offer delivery across India. Once your order has been dispatched from our Mumbai studio, standard transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location.
Deliveries within Mumbai and neighboring areas may arrive sooner, while remote destinations may require the full transit window.
Order Tracking
As soon as your beautiful blooms are handed over to our delivery partners, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the size of your handcrafted arrangement. (Note: You can update this section if you offer a flat rate or free shipping over a certain amount.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything in our power to ensure your gifts arrive right on time, occasional delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances with courier partners or severe weather. If your order is significantly delayed or if you have any questions about your shipment, please reach out to our support team.
